Youth Energy Essentials Plan

Youth Energy Essentials is a specialized energy care program for children and teens. Their energy systems move faster, absorb stress more easily, and respond differently than adults. These sessions are designed to help kids reset, recharge, and build the balance they need to thrive.

The Plan has two tracks to help your teen through school.  The Focus Flow track is for ADHD/ADD & concentration support. The Athlete's Edge track, is for sports performance and recovery. Each session supports improved focus and concentration, emotional balance and confidence, a calmer nervous system, and greater resilience. This makes it especially helpful for kids with ADHD or school-related challenges, as well as high school athletes who need stamina, clarity, and faster recovery.

Sessions are customized to each child’s needs — whether they require help with focus in the classroom through Focus Flow sessions or support for sports performance and recovery through Athlete’s Edge. Every experience combines Reiki, Vibrational Sound Therapy. The plan includes six(6) 30-minute bi-weekly individual sessions for ongoing support.

Just like nutrition, sleep, and exercise, energy alignment is an essential part of growing up strong, focused, and resilient.

The My Way Plan

The My Way Plan is a flexible, heart-centered energy support program designed for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, emotional trauma, physical injury, addiction/recovery, or acute and chronic health conditions — or simply those seeking a regular energetic tune-up and spiritual check-in.

Each month, you'll receive a 45-minute private energy healing session that blends Reiki and Vibrational Sound Therapy to calm the nervous system, balance your energy field, and promote emotional and physical healing. Sessions are intuitively guided to meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re in the midst of a healing crisis or simply maintaining your inner harmony.

To deepen the experience, you’ll also receive a 3-card intuitive reading to connect with Spirit and offer you meaningful insight, energetic themes, or direction for the month ahead. This combination of hands-on energy work and spiritual connection creates a powerful, grounded, and supportive rhythm for your healing journey.

The Zen 30: Reiki Mini Plan is designed to help you integrate restorative energy healing into your lifestyle. This plan includes six 30-minute Reiki sessions that support rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation through gentle, hands-on energy work.
