Acupuncture

Traditional wisdom. Whole-person wellness. Support for body, mind, and energy.

Acupuncture is a holistic therapy rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Using very fine needles placed at specific points on the body, acupuncture is used to encourage healthy energy flow, support circulation, calm the nervous system, and promote overall well-being.

At Zensational, acupuncture sessions with Cassie are centered around listening, comfort, and individualized care. Each session is guided by your needs, your body, and the areas where you are seeking support.

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Sleep concerns

  • Digestive support

What to Expect

Your acupuncture session begins with a conversation about your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. Cassie will then choose acupuncture points that best support your body during that visit.

Most people find acupuncture relaxing. The needles are very thin, and many clients describe the experience as calming, grounding, or deeply restorative.

After your session, you may feel relaxed, lighter, more centered, or ready to rest as your body continues to integrate the treatment.

Cupping Therapy

A supportive therapy for tension, circulation, and release.

Cupping is a traditional therapy that uses gentle suction to help loosen tight muscles, support circulation, and encourage the body’s natural healing response. Cups are placed on specific areas of the body to create a light pulling sensation, which may help release areas that feel tight, stagnant, sore, or restricted.
